Entering the Laverick cottage you are warmly welcomed through the entrance porch with ample space for coats and wellies.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large kitchen island with breakfast bar, electric range cooker, American Fridge Freezer, integrated dishwasher and french doors leading out onto the private patio and extended garden.
The kitchen is open plan into the dining area with a table to seat up to 8 people. The lounge boasts a feature fireplace with wood-burning stove and french doors leading onto the south facing garden.
The large downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room is furnished with a Super king bed which can also be made up as twin beds if required.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom (or we feel it is because of the outstanding views from the picture window) which has a Super King bed that can also be made up as a twin if required. This room has an ensuite bathroom fully fitted with a roll top bath and a separate shower.
Next door is the twin room which also has an ensuite shower-room and south facing views.
All the beds are super comfy and topped with luxury mattress toppers. Beds are made up with sumptuous Egyptian cotton sheets and soft luxury pillows. Large soft, fluffy towels are also provided.

If you haven’t been to Northumberland before then you’ll be thrilled to enter a world of rolling hills chopped up by dry stone walls, lonely Roman roads, acres of pine forests, and a pleasing dearth of other human beings. Come to walk along bridle paths, footpaths and well-worn sheep paths across to Vindolanda, the Roman fort along Hadrian’s Wall.
